What the role offers:
As a key member of our multiples team, you will manage a mixture of key strategic grocery accounts throughout the UK, which involve both own label and branded products. You will be responsible for delivering tough volume and margin targets, as well as planning and executing new business plans. Your role is to build impactful and influential relationships with your customers in order to win at range reviews, grow and develop the in-store & online presence of brands, defend existing business and distribution levels, whilst consistently ensuring fantastic service. You will also work in collaboration with the rest of the Multiples team to drive overall sales in the business.
What we are looking for:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to evidence strong and creative solution based selling skills and have a demonstrable track record of working with Top 4 multiples and their systems. You will have excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a key eye for detail and category-based insights. Alongside your ability to match strong influence with robust planning, you will have built winning relationships across your customer base and have a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. You will also have experience of branded &/or own label product supply. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Manager in the Multiples unit, you will be part of the wider Mainstream Sales team, where there are opportunities to interact and work collaboratively with our B2B Customer Managers and the Mainstream Head of Sales.
