Customer Retentions Agent
Remote working
Permanent, full-time contract. 5 days a week on a 2-week rota. Monday – Friday and Tuesday – Saturday working 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am – 8pm.
£23,000 basic per annum plus bonus scheme to increase earnings

As a Customer Retentions Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound retention calls
- Keep current customers onboard and prevent them from cancelling
- Upsell services to retain customers
- Maintain customer records on our inhouse system, ensuring their details are accurate and up to date
- Hitting outbound call targets to live customers to resign them up to our services
- General administration duties as required
- Reporting across retentions data

What you’ll need:
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Ideally used to remote working
- Good time management
- Adaptable to changes
- Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Sound IT knowledge
