The ideal candidate will have experience within the fuel or plumbing industry and is looking for a change of role into an office environment.

Day to day:

• Responding to technical queries from appliance installers
• Taking inbound calls and giving exceptional customer service
• Supporting Technical Team for case reviews and certifications
• Working on technical projects for the organisation

We Would Love to See:

• Previous experience within the plumbing or fuel industry is essential
• An understanding of installing appliances
• Excellent customer service
• Confident talking to customers via phone and emails

• Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
