Job description
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Customer Helpline Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the fuel or plumbing industry and is looking for a change of role into an office environment.
Day to day:
- Responding to technical queries from appliance installers
- Taking inbound calls and giving exceptional customer service
- Supporting Technical Team for case reviews and certifications
- Working on technical projects for the organisation
We Would Love to See:
- Previous experience within the plumbing or fuel industry is essential
- An understanding of installing appliances
- Excellent customer service
- Confident talking to customers via phone and emails
