Customer Experience Team Member
Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focussed staff, aged 18+, who’d like to in our exciting, fast-paced and thrilling venues, New Victoria Theatre, Rhoda McGaw Theatre, and Nova Cinemas.
As a Customer Experience Team Member you’ll make the magic happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.
We want every customer to remember our venues for the right reasons. That’s where you come in! You’ll give a great welcome to every customer you meet and let your enthusiasm for cinema & theatre shine. As part of our team your shifts might include checking tickets, selling drinks and snacks refreshments or delivering direct to customers’ seats, directing customers and answering questions – all while treating everyone with the same care and respect you expect yourself.
Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll be part of a friendly, ambitious team, working in a unique venue with an ever-changing programme of events. As well as working in an exciting environment, you will also have access to some great perks, such a free cinema tickets, theatre ticket offers, staff screenings and events, training opportunities, and after three months of employment you will receive an ATG membership card, which gets you a range of discounts on tickets and food and drink across the ATG company.
