Customer Experience Specialist
We're now recruiting for Customer Experience Specialists at our Catterick branch.
Having recently opened our new ‘Customer Experience department’ at our Catterick site, we remain committed to the continued growth & development of this new & exciting customer support hub, which will manage all communication types on behalf of the three branches across North Yorkshire and the North East.
The successful candidate will manage communication channels such as telephone, email and website as well as process & administer warranty claims, parts ordering & other aspects on behalf of the group.
'Exceptional communication & aftersales' is to become our main focus for 2023, and the adoption of new technologies as well as major software development will be key to our achievement of these objectives.
It would be advantageous if all applicants possessed the following skills, although full training will also be provided:
- Ability to prioritise tasks and keep to timescales
- Accuracy of data entry
- The desire to use initiative and demonstrate ownership
- Ability to manage and exceed the demands and expectations of our customers
- Ability to cope well in high pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
