Jemca are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our business based out of our Toyota Croydon dealership. This role would suit someone who has an interest in getting into the automotive industry and developing their customer service skills with one of the world's best brands.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a huge customer focus through the sales process. As a Customer Service Specialist you will join our busy showroom team to help delight our customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit us to purchase their new vehicle.

About the Role of a Customer Service Specialist

  • Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience but working together as a strong team
  • Through planning and communication with the Car Sales Executive to ensure that our customers have the best experience to guide them towards the best product/service and supporting them in their decision making
  • Your communication is key and listening to customers helps you to build rapport and understands fully their complete requirements for all their mobility needs
  • Provides accurate information at all times for all customers including timely and accurate communications leading up to their vehicle delivery
  • Ensures that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, always ensuring a personal service
  • Representing the brand in a professional way
  • Upselling all addons and benefits of the car and other alternatives

About You

  • Hold a full valid UK driving license
  • Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people, with a professional manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Looking to deliver exceptional customer service in a modern way
  • Eager to get into the automotive sector
  • Good work ethic to develop good product knowledge and to create, maintain and develop relationships
