Speedy's Marketing, Digital and Customer team are looking for a Customer Experience Graduate to work in partnership with all business areas, to ensure we are reviewing and improving our customer journeys at each touchpoint for both consumers and B2B customers. Joining the customer experience team with provide you with access to build contacts with colleagues across the Speedy network, Plus the opportunity to involved in key business initiatives to drive change and improvements.

What do we look for?
This is a really exciting role in a fast paced and critical department to Speedy. A successful graduate candidate will:
- Demonstrate an appetite to learn
- Look for new ways to track customer experience across multiple channels
- Identify customer needs and support teams in taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Analyse data received from customers and be able to transform the data into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with other business functions offering them insight into their customer experience data and support with their goals and objectives
- Be able to handle customer complaints
- Support with internal and external mystery shop style programmes
- Document customer journeys and ensure these align to internal processes and procedures
- Keep informed of industry trends around customer experience and new technologies
What do we require?
Essential
- Minimum of a 2:2 degree qualification – any subject
- Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office applications
- Self-assured and reliable being able to demonstrate confidence in your own knowledge, skills, and experience
- Ability to express complex issues, both orally and in writing, in an easily understood manner for a range of audiences
- Experience of working collaboratively
- Comfortable with data and its analysis
Desirable
- Previous work experience such as a year in industry, a part time job or volunteer role
- Willing to travel on occasion
This role is a September 2023 start.
