What will you be doing?
This is a high-profile customer and stakeholder-facing role supporting the delivery of our biggest ever cap. As well as engaging with customers about our projects, the successful candidate will also be promoting these to public figures such as elected councillors and Members of Parliament.
Accountabilities will include: -
- Teams’ meetings for various upcoming/ongoing schemes,
- attending any mandatory meetings within the team/Capital Delivery.
- Responding to written and verbal enquiries/complaints within the amount of time given by the enquiries/complaint’s teams
- Building relationships with operational teams and our contractors and taking part in site audits. Liaising with departments such as the branding team, regional local government team, social media team etc.
We’re looking for you to
- Previous customer facing roles, IT skills (internal and external emails / writing letters).
- Empathy
- ability to work alone comfortably and confidently
- Confidence in driving to multiple locations
- enthusiasm to turn a negative customer journey into a positive one
- ensuring a promise to a customer/stakeholder or internal departments are kept
- organised person who can take care of their own diary and prioritise when busy.
