Context of the role
The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) is part of the Division of Pharmacy and Optometry and provides continuing professional development opportunities for Pharmacy professionals.
The role of the Customer Experience and Learning Operations Assistant is to provide an efficient, effective, friendly and flexible frontline administrative support to the external (pharmacy professionals) and internal (eg. education supervisors, tutors and organisation’s leadership) customers. This will include (but will not be restricted to) supporting learners with bookings for events, navigating our website for relevant learning and responding to customers’ queries via email, live chat and telephone.
