Customer Experience Advisor
Permanent - 35 hours per week
Based in Duns, Scottish Borders with agile working
Salary £23,000 per annum

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline dealing with all enquiries via a range of contact methods alongside supporting colleagues in Neighbourhood Services and Repairs as core parts of your role. You’ll need the skills and resilience to deal with the occasional tough conversation, but the rewards will more than make up for it as we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our customers and communities.
This role comes with opportunities to learn and develop your skills in the housing sector and is one where you’ll work as part of a close-knit team to get things done as well as being trusted to get on with resolving customer enquiries on your own. Being comfortable working on your own and feeling confident to resolve issues wherever you can after completing our Team BHA induction will be important too.

Please Note: We operate an agile working model, which means you can flex your location between your home, our offices in Duns, and other hubs as appropriate, however as this role is part of a customer facing responsive service, any discussion about working hours would take place upon a successful offer.
