Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field of study
- Strong commercial accumen
- Experience in managing customer-facing comms/content.
We are looking for a smart, data-driven Customer Engagement Manager who is able to fully own the Pardot campaign implementation of the automated lifecycle as we build towards a self-service end-to-end customer journey, across Onboarding, Retention and Growth.
The ideal candidate have excellent content skills, able to grasp the brand voice to build HTML templates, joining the dots between customer/business needs, segmentation and campaign infrastructure within Pardot initially, while expanding into a multi-channel approach as we grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Owner of external-facing lifecycle content with a high written communication bar, building Pardot HTML email templates.
- Creating email workflows, managing and optimizing segmentation for both inclusions and exclusions.
- Working with BI and tech teams to refine segmentation.
- Listening to business requirements and customer feedback to build and refine nurture.
- Developing the customer lifecycle across existing and new channels (e.g WhatsApp, account banners).
- Developing WW campaign playbooks for multi-country rollout.
- Motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and deliver quality releases on schedule.
- Experience with building campaigns in marketing automation systems (e.g. Pardot/Marketo).
