We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Sales team and support with Business and Customer insights analysis in order to identify new customers and market business development opportunities.
You are curious and passionate about insights and will have the ability to extract meaning from data and refine strategies accordingly. Your analytical mindset will help translate business needs into research questions for investigation to deepen our B2B imaging sales potential and provide recommendations.

In addition to a salary of between £44,453 - £52,920 you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. What we ask
As our B2B Business and Customer Insight Analyst you will:
- Develop B2B sector customer & market intelligence to identify repeatable or new customer/business development opportunities
- Offer continuous customer demand mapping and market & trend analysis, insight creation from CRM systems & data (such as SFDC) and Machines in field exploration to define churning and upselling opportunities
- Develop new business analytics strategies, models, and tools to facilitate management’s decision-making processes in collaboration with BI team
- Identify areas of low performance & potentials in the business and make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct research to identify customer preferences, needs, and attitudes about products or services
- Reviewing historical data to identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour or preferences over time
- Compile reports based on findings from research and data analysis to provide recommendations for decision makers
- Determine how customers use existing products or services and how they could be improved and identify target customer segments to create marketing strategies to reach those segments
- Conduct interviews and focus groups with customers and partners to gather feedback on existing products or services and future requirements
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or markets that could benefit the company
You will need
- Degree in business, marketing, data science, or related field
- Professional experience in customer insights, market research, data analysis, product management or similar role
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Solid experience in Power BI and strong skills in Microsoft office suite, specifically in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com software preferred (or similar system)
- Languages: English fluency essential, European languages desirable
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Knowledge of B2B business fields
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
- A strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
