An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our growing Charity based in Manchester. This role involves working from home with some regional travel.
CPL Group are a group company with charitable status and is owned & run by the FE sector. The group is comprised of 3 separate organisations, Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC), Tenet Education Services and Tenet Procurement Services. CPC provide members with a large number of EU tendered frameworks, procurement training, specialist advice on best spending practices showing how educational institutions can obtain best value for money. Tenet specialise in offering a full portfolio of procurement consultancy services to the education sector and more recently, the wider public sector.

Ideally we are looking for somebody within the North West but we will consider other locations for the right candidate.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience and knowledge of working within a public sector procurement environment and experience of contracting procedures. You will be a primary contact for new and existing customers from outside our core customer base with non-education organisation. You will build effective business relationships and our framework suppliers, to market our evolving framework portfolio to our customers.
You will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with people at all levels, as well as a strong commitment to mentoring and promoting good procurement practice throughout the public sector.
Hours: We are offering flexible working hours from home, working 36.25 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum depending upon experience.
