About the Role

Base Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £31,339 - £35,892, depending on skills and experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time (08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday) | Office based

We have a great opportunity for a LCT Customer Coordinator to join our new Connections LCT (Low Carbon Technology) Hub.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused and who enjoys learning new things.

Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with a wide range of customers via phone, email or EVHP Portal who have requested to have an electric vehicle charge point, heat pump or another device installed to their existing electricity connection, which results in a load check being required.
  • Manage the end-to-end journey for customers and installers looking to connect low carbon technology equipment, from registration, assessment, appointments, and job completion. Providing the optimum service to be viewed as drivers to net-zero.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being the single source of customer engagement throughout the process, ensuring all SLA's are adhered to.
  • Create job packs with information required to allow internal and external site operatives to complete a site visit.
  • Management of booking site visits; recording visits on the system, allocation of relevant resource to ensure visits are carried out within the relevant SLAs.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to:

  • Be customer-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You'll be the voice of the customer in this role, so it's important you can champion what they need.
  • You should enjoy problem-solving and be able to absorb a lot of information.
  • There are some technical aspects of this role that our amazing team will support and train you in, so it's important that you have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy learning new things.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential for this role and existing knowledge on using: Windebut, EO, Skedulo, PROMIS, CRM and the POC matrix is desired but not essential.

Other than that, we're simply looking for people who have a desire to learn something new, love to talk with customers and be part of an exciting and growing part of our business.
