Brackenwood Windows, a leading installer of replacement windows and doors in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a full-time Customer Coordinator to join our Installations Team.

About the Role:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and contributing to our continued success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry tasks and placing orders with our suppliers
- Handling general administration duties, including scanning and documentation
- Interacting directly with customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Managing appointments and booking schedules
- Processing customer payments
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous industry experience will be highly valued
