In a nutshell
We're on a mission to become the Most Loved travel company, and we're on the lookout for customer-centric superheroes to join our Swansea Customer Centre team. People who're switched on, ready to change the game, and tackle each challenge as it comes.
As a Sales Advisor, you're the specialist on the other end of the line, playing a pivotal part in crafting those once in a lifetime trips and making our customers' dreams a reality. You'll spot opportunities to promote outstanding products and services that customers may not be aware of while continuously looking at ways you can add a dash of Virgin flare along the way, creating those magic moments they didn't even expect.
Our people are crucial to Virgin Atlantic's overall success - without them, we couldn't get off the ground! As a sales advisor, we'll coach and help you spark your true potential giving you excellent training opportunities to build and grow your career.
Day to day
- Taking inbound calls from new customers, booking flights, assisting in any queries, and engaging with our frequent flying members
- Offering our customers irresistible, effortless, transparent and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that suits their needs
- Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and providing accurate information, to minimise the need for the customer to contact us again
- Maximising revenue at every opportunity, by listening to customers and their needs and upselling where appropriate
About you
Do you enjoy communicating with our customers whilst influencing and building rapport with them?
In addition to the above we're looking for:
- The ability to work evening shifts between 16:00-01:00, Monday to Sunday
- You'll be passionate about building great relationships - adapting your style to each and every one
- Confident with a can-do demeanour, with the skills to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish
- Confidence with technology - we will train you in the systems we use, but sound experience in navigating a laptop and the internet is crucial
- A sufficient and safe environment to work from home for some of your working hours
So, if you want to work within a fun and dynamic culture and share the values of our famous Virgin Brand. Why not kick-start your career and be 'Red' on the inside!
