We’re looking for a Customer Centre Advisor, who will join our Customer Care Centre team to provide exceptional, award-winning customer service. With our unique brand story and expertise in all things naturally active, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is truly special!
About the opportunity
Responsible for consistently high standards of customer service delivery, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring every interaction with our customers is a positive one
- Delivering against commercial objectives
- Whilst simultaneously ensuring the service you provide exceeds our customer expectations through upholding standards in accordance with our Customer Care Centre Service Model
About you
You are a customer service professional with experience in operating in a supervisory capacity within a fast paced, customer service environment:
- Highly competent and with excellent organizational skills
- You have a clear understanding of what constitutes best in class service
- You have a clear understanding of what the impact of failing to deliver a positive customer experience can be
- You have strong communication skills and can demonstrate that you are able to work across multiple brands and customer channels including telephone, email, live help and social media
