We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Customer Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and monitoring performance, monitoring/answering external phone calls, processing refunds and transctaions, and ensuring that customer inquiries are sorted in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Care Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring customer service staff
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide customer service training to staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Processing refunds, transactions and exchanges
- Monitoring external and internal phone calls
- Ordering stock
An open mind is vital for this role. Each day will be different and engaging. We're looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Salary: £10.80 per hour

Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
