Customer Care Specialist (order management)
Annual Salary from £31,000 - £36,000 (includes annual company bonus)
UK wide locations; Slough, Castle Cary, Somerset, Waltham, Leicestershire, Paddington, London, Plymouth
Hybrid (minimum 1 day per month in our pet friendly offices)

Our Royal Canin e-commerce team are a large and fast-growing business unit. This role will ensure that orders are processed in the correct timeframes to ensure communication to the factories for production and then successful delivery on time to our customer. The role will also be the functional expert on our quality and governance within the business unit so will take the lead on ensuring our business units compliance.
What are we looking for?
- Customer service/customer care/customer coordination of order management/order processing
- The ability to fix and solve day to day issues
- Good customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload with a good attention to detail
- Experience or interest in governance or quality control
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Day to day order processing within our ERP system particularly for new onboarding customers
- Daily communication with customers, factories, finance and other supply chain teams
- Support other Customer Service Representatives in their daily operations
- Lead supply chain through Mars QMP rollout to ensure that our business unit is running compliantly against the Mars Quality framework
- Review of our governance and implement new steps to ensure we are compliant and have sufficient controls in place
