Job description
We are delighted to be expanding our team at The Gardener’s Rest Café in Hillmount Belfast. To help the supervisors manage the day-to-day operations of the café, we are searching for a Café Assistant Supervisor.
You must be able to supervise staff, ensure a high level of customer service is provided, order food and beverages, clean the café and serve customers our delicious home-made food.
Working Pattern:
- Usual hours 9am-5:30pm
- Day Shift
- 5 out of 7 Days per Week
The ideal candidate is:
- Able to work quickly, calmly, and efficiently during busy periods
- Good attention to detail
- Good communications skills
- Previous food handling experience
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
- Strong customer service skills
- High level performer
- 1 years experience in a supervisory role within the industry.
Please note: We aren't on a bus route.
