Palletline Customer Care
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Care team at our head office in Bradford. As a Palletline Customer Care representative, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer care to our customers and partner depots. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer care to our customers and partner depots, by proactively addressing challenges and issues, providing solutions, and taking action to prevent problems from reoccurring.
- Communicating in a professional manner with customers, Palletline depots, and partners by telephone, email, Contrado, and face-to-face contact.
- Booking in deliveries we are making on behalf of Palletline and Partners and uploading any required paperwork.
- Investigating and resolving any queries, problems or complaints, undertaking root cause analysis and agreeing corrective actions.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer/depot discussions and all correspondence.
- Reporting on performance for both Palletline depots and customers as required. Supporting the Service Excellence Manager in producing KPIs, forecasts, and call stats via Wildix and PowerBi.
- Managing international and Irish bookings, ensuring all necessary customs is correctly completed.
- Attending quarterly 121's with the Service Excellence Manager to assess strengths and development areas and agree support/training required. Refer and track against your appraisal objectives.
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment. Ensuring you maintain a high level of health & safety standards and follow all company procedures in relation to health & safety.
- Undertaking other general administration duties, including any assigned duties accurately and in full.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 -17:00, Flexiblity with starting times requried to fit business needs.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE.
