Customer Care Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Care Executiveto join our small but mighty team, currently based in Harpenden, with the business moving to new premises in Stevenage, Hertfordshire in April 2023.
Job title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire (office-based, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £21,700
Closing date for applicants: Tuesday 28th February 2023
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm with half an hour lunch.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a world class customer service experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Go the extra mile in delivering excellent customer service.
- Helping to conduct customer satisfaction surveys to learn customer’s opinions and thoughts about the product and service.
- Answering customer’s call and diverting these to relevant departments if necessary.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Reconciling invoices and liaising with Accountants.
- Support team members where necessary.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Keep the office well-presented and greet visitors.
- Assisting with documentation and drafting of emails.
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails and post.
- Ad-hoc tasks outside of the general scope of work.

Requirements and skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Great people skills with the ability to build a strong rapport and relationship quickly.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of MS Applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role for 1 year is desirable.
- Previous experience of working as an office administrator for 1 year is desirable.
