Customer Care Executive

Full-time

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Warrington/Yorkshire/Home-based

We need people to help us on our journey to provide full fibre optic broadband access across 80 towns and cities in the UK by 2027.

As a Customer Care Executive, you’re the face of BeFibre, on the front line helping our customers and supporting your colleagues.

You’ll be the expert our customers and colleagues turn to resolve general, technical, and more complex enquiries using a variety of communication channels including social media responses and email. You’ll also be part of the team that customers turn to when they have a complaint they want resolving.

You’ll be crucial to helping us develop a way of working that makes us stand out from the rest. If you’re looking for variety and enjoy helping customers, this is the role for you!

Working agreed shifts between 8.30am – 8.00 pm Weekdays and 8.30am – 6pm Weekends as our customer demand requires to be agreed upon acceptance.

Essential Requirements

  • Customer service experience and a passion for helping and building relationships with customers.
  • Good written skills
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to contribute in a positive manner.
  • Access to a broadband service of at least 18 Mbps

Desirable Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of broadband and ISP services
