Job role:

Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to business success by providing a friendly and efficient experience for our clients - over the phone and by email. Hybrid working from our offices in Twickenham and from home. This is a Permanent position, with hybrid working from our offices in Twickenham (Tue, Wed, Thu) and from home (Mon & Fri).

Duties:

  • Prioritise and answer customer support tickets from inbound emails, ensuring proper tracking and resolution
  • Answer inbound customer calls and create suitable support tickets
  • Escalating inquiries to other team when necessary (e.g. Payroll)
  • Assisting customers with payslips and general payroll related questions (full training will be provided)
  • Passing customer feedback onto relevant teams or managers
  • Make outbound calls, following call scripts as required
  • Liaise with recruitment agency consultant clients as well as contractors
  • Use CRM database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
  • Administrative duties, such as processing and issuing P45’s and P60’s, and the organisation and storage of electronic documents

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year full-time Customer Service experience using phone/email
  • Proven capability is use of software applications - experience of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Friendly, patient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work as a team
  • Attentive to detail, able to work on deadline, able to prioritise
  • Problem-solver, listening skills
  • Accurate record-keeping, high standard of written skills, excellent phone manner.
  • Previous payroll, or temp recruitment agency experience an advantage but not essential.

Place of work: Hybrid: Twickenham office and home.

Days: Monday to Friday.

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm including one hour lunch (paid)

Salary: £23,500 pa

Start date: 19th June 2023 (flexible)
