Job description
We have an opening for a Customer Care Co-ordinator and general assistant in our busy, fast growing 3D print business, based on Pocklington Industrial Estate. We are the largest UK operator in our field, the products we produce can be seen here: www.badger3d.co.uk. In addition to this range we also have a number of direct contracts.
This role is for 30 hours a week working Monday - Thursday and Saturdays, overtime will be available.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Daily contact with our retail customers, resolving and directing any issues to the appropriate member of staff in a timely manner and following up with the customers to provide resolutions.
- Generation of a weekly update newsletter.
- Maintenance and upkeep of listings, price files and business strategy across all of the companies selling platforms.
- General assistance in the print room as and when required.
We operate a number of different small manufacturing techniques, the ideal candidate must be computer literate, have tremendous attention to detail and be able to complete tasks to strict deadlines. Not afraid to hold their own ground, they should be able to effectively communicate with a team whilst being mindful of their existing pressures. There will be a steep learning curve, and the ability to absorb and retain information in a fast paced environment is essential.
Saturday working is a non negotiable element of this role, with most of the work on this day taking place in the print room.
