Position - Electrical Design Engineer
Location - Aberdeen
Contract type - Permanent (On-site)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global manufacturing business as an Electrical Design Engineer at a truely fantastic site.
As an Electrical Design Engineer you’ll bring your skills and understanding to the fore to design a range of complex systems within the offshore and energy industries.
You'll ideally have some understanding or experience within this area, however other industries will also be considered.
Responsibilities - Electrical Design Engineer
Carry out Electrical Engineering design, analysis, testing & validation as required
Lead and plan the design of projects ranging in size
Contribute to cost effective designs and ensure designs are within budget
Contribute to and attend client and design meetings
Support internal and external stakeholders when required
Ensure all operations are within client and contract requirements
Experience/Qualifications Required – Electrical Design Engineer
Degree Level or similar in Electrical or Engineering or similar
Knowledge of ISO9001
Understanding of engineering drawings
Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, PLM/PDM systems
Experience with 3D CAD (
