Dealership Overview Hacienda Ford is looking for an experienced customer care professional to add to a growing team. Our work environment is fun, competitive, and professional. We offer one of the most lucrative compensation plans in the RGV area. Job Responsibilities We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented and have a drive to meet and exceed expectations on a consistent basis. We are looking for people who possess excellent written and verbal skills. Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries, and outbound phone calls and campaigns. Ensure all inquiries are followed up on in a timely manner to effectively maximize every opportunity. Gather accurate information, and manage and track all prospective clients. Attention to detail and ability to properly handle customer questions and requests. Properly handle inbound calls. Make 50+ quality outbound calls per day. Send 50+ emails daily. Set and monitor 20+ appointments daily. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives. Desire and ability to work in a performance and process-driven environment. Full-time position Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a team player, willing to learn, and able to be coached toward success. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not necessary. Spanish required. Rate: $11-$14 The rate varies based on experience and education.
