Job description
- Respond to and effectively manage all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner and record all correspondence in Sales Force
- Manage delivery service complaints
- Issue Returns, rebates & credits when required and organise the return of products to our warehouse.
- Run back-order reports and distribute to dealers and/or advise and update customers including Reward customers
- Managing consignment stock – entering replenishment orders, processing removal stock and returning to the warehouse and coordinating stock takes
- Produce reports for required information
- Manage website queries and support with any logging in, password re-set issues
- Process Rewards Redemption Orders
- Meet Company standards, ethics, and compliance requirements.
- Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with external key customers
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work well within a team and calm under pressure
- Results orientated and Adaptable/willing to take on new tasks
