Description:
A popular Fast-Food Restaurant is looking to recruit Customer Care Assistants in Bootle, Aintree, Walton Road, Queens Drive, Rice Lane, Great Homer Street, Formby and Maghull.
Job Role
- To consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- To act as host; be approachable, friendly and anticipate customer needs.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and hygiene procedures.
- Clearing customer trays.
- Take responsibility for your own training and development.
- Be welcoming and friendly to all customers.
Skills required
- Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to make customers feel valued.
- Friendly, welcoming, helpful and courteous.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm.
Salary
- Under 18 Customer care £8.45
- Over 18 Customer care £10.80
