About the role:

We are looking for Customer Care Advisor to join BYD. The successful candidate’s primary goal is to resolve all customer queries and ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s service or products. The perfect candidate will have an aptitude for following policies, have a confident communication manner, and perform all tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer complaints via BYD portal, emails and calls;
  • Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team;
  • Updating customer information in the company database;
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services;
  • Making sales and processing payments when necessary;
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2 + years previous customer service/contact centre experience;
  • Attention to detail;
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to accept criticism;
  • Good time management;
  • Sales and persuasive skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
