Customer Care Advisor

Location: Durrington (hybrid- 3 office days and 2 day WFH)

Contract: 6 months fixed term contract

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Working within our Water Networks and Customer (WN&C) team, your role will be integral in providing proactive response with a passion to offer an excellent service to our customers in receiving wholesome water. You will be accountable for delivering the highest quality of service to customers and strive for first contact resolution where possible. In this highly satisfying role, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers on completed works to resolve customer queries and reduce the number of escalated complaints.

As a Customer Care Advisor, your responsibilities will also include engaging with the scheduling team and third-party contractors to take daily report to review details of completed work, where required to escalate any unsatisfactory or incomplete works and gathering customer feedback to understand and mitigate any ongoing issues or celebrate the success of completing the resolution. Certainly no one day is the same in this is highly varied role!
