Offered on a 36.25hr per week basis these roles are initially based at either or Boston or Rushden office, with scope for some hybrid working from home following successful completion of training.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be integral in showcasing how Longhurst Group really lives its values. You will directly help to improve lives through:
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times and acting as a role model for excellent service delivery across Longhurst Group
- Advocating on behalf of customers by challenging actions and procedures that resulted in service failure and providing independent and impartial advice
- Providing essential aftercare for customers following the resolution of complaints.
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, an ability to problem solve and enjoy building rapport. You may have worked in a customer service or similar background previously, working directly with customers and supporting / resolving their queries. We also welcome applicants who can demonstrate transferable skill sets.
You’ll be comfortable in working at pace and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Good organisations skills will be required and as an organisation currently going through significant growth and change at this time, you’ll need to be comfortable with embedding new ways of working.
