Job description
** Expected start date late-mid June - temp role**
Job description
Do you want to work with a fantastic group of people, led by a great team of managers in a spacious and sociable environment, speaking to our lovely customers?
Who are you and what do you do?
We’re a true lifestyle company, started in 1998 to offer something more exciting and more individual than other clothing retailers. We offer stylish, laidback clothing for men and women plus original gifts and accessories that won’t be found on the High Street.
What will my day-to-day duties include?
Based in our contact centre just outside Leeds city centre, you’ll be taking orders over the telephone, handling enquiries, liaising with our delivery partners and issuing customers with refunds and exchanges. Whatever task you undertake, your main objective is to provide our customers a remarkable standard of customer care.
What skills and experience do I need?
Experience isn’t necessary, but you’ll need to have great communication skills – from our customers’ perspective, you’re the voice of our business. Basic IT knowledge is required, but we’ll fully train you on how to use our customer management software.
What about the hours?
We offer full-time, part-time and flexible-working roles. If you’re after flexible options, please get in touch with us to discuss what you can offer and we’ll see how it fits in.
What about the pay?
We offer competitive rates of pay starting at £11.50 per hour, rising to £23 per hour. Yep, you read that right – up to £23 an hour!
Are there any other benefits?
For fulltime, you will benefit from working from home one day per week, and:
· Up to 34 days’ holiday a year
· Healthcare cashback scheme
· Cycle-to-work scheme
· Company pension scheme
· Life insurance
· In-house health and wellbeing programme
· Staff discount scheme offering up to 60% off
· Refer-a-friend scheme paying £150 for successful placements
· Free and secure onsite parking
· Bi-annual paid-for social events
Benefits for part-time and flexible working roles may vary
Disability Confident Committed
We’re a member of the Disability Confident scheme. This means all applicants have the best opportunity to demonstrate they can do the job regardless of impairment.
Investors in People
We’re proud to have been accredited the Investors in People award, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement within the workplace, the importance of health and wellbeing and employee recognition.
How do I apply?
