Based at our Support Office, Milton Keynes, with opportunities to work remotely from home.
£25,226 including excellent benefits
Compulsary Rotational shifts 9-5pm and 3- 11pm

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly team.
You will be handling customer concerns via web form, calls and emails, providing the very best customer service.
Having a proven track record in first class customer service, an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills you will ensure that all concerns are dealt with professionally and timely in line with the department’s service level standards. You are expected to be an advocate of our brand and where needed will need to conduct outbound calls to ensure a smooth closure of concerns is delivered.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with previous experience in handling inbound calls and email queries. You must be willing and able to participate in a weekly rotational shift pattern, with some weekend work.
With excellent communications skills and a high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) workflow is essential.
