Customer Care Adviser – Ealing Dental Specialists (Orthodontic Practice)
Our busy and bubbly specialist orthodontic practice in the heart of Ealing (W5 - 2 minutes' walk from Ealing Broadway Station) is looking for an energetic, reliable and committed person to join our front of house team.
The role is what may be expected - dealing with our patients in person and over the telephone with appointment related queries, advising them about their options and associated costs, providing the necessary administrative support (paperwork) to ensure the smooth running of the practice as well as dealing with some financial transactions (taking payments).
The ideal candidate is someone who is either eager to learn (full training can be provided) or have experience either in dentistry or a high profile customer facing environment (at least 2 years).
What we are looking for is a good communicator with patience and affinity to deal with people, excellent command of the English language, a positive mindset (solving problems is one of the aspects of this job and taking initiative and being proactive is definitely a must) and some computer skills (word and excel).
