Customer Business Manager

Consumer Products Division
The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX, Mixa, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie.
You Will
Build and achieve the customer results for the full customer portfolio:
- Sales, market share & full P&L management
- Develop O&O customer strategy that aligns to both the retailers & CPDs ambition & values
Build and develop a team:
- Lead and engage the team through setting a clear direction & ensure all team members have the opportunity to showcase their skill set
- Develop, train, coach the team members individually
Manage a customer-centric approach:
- Build a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders of the customer from buying, marketing, e-comm to supply chain
- Mutually share strategies with the customer, and jointly grow the categories with the customer
- Drive customer-centricity within the organization by bringing awareness of our retailers’ challenges & opportunities
Animate internally and externally (including external services) an efficient multifunctional organisation:
- Drive the customer as Business Leader, by animating peer functions: marketing, supply chain, controlling, category management, shopper and category team
- Contribute to wider channel business strategy by having strong input into key divisional topics where appropriate
Accountable for the results of annual negotiation:
- Supervise or/and decide in alignment with the Customer Business Director.
