Join us as a Customer Assistant in our Brighton Club offering a 16 Hour Contract which is fully flexible over 7 days - you must be available to work late nights until 1am.

The Role You’ll Play
As a Customer Assistant you go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our Customers. You make sure our Customers have an outstanding experience every single time they visit the Club to enhance their overall experience.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
- Build rapport and relationships with Customers, greeting them and recognising regular Customers by name to give them a personalised experience
- Always deliver exceptional customer service to our Customers
- Be the main point of contact for our Customers for all service, support and game knowledge to both new and existing Customers
- Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
- Cleaning duties across the Club as and when required
- Clear tables and collect any items of cutlery and glasses
- Work within the Buzz Bingo brand standards and procedures at all times
- Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
- Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
The Winning Combination We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
- You need to be willing to help and support your Colleagues whenever you can
- You set the tone for the team through your actions and always do the best work you can
- You take ownership of your role and always aim to exceed Customer expectations
- Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
- Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
- You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
