About the role
We have fabulous opportunities in our Billing and Arrears Support Teams as Customer Service Advisors.
As a member of the Billing Team you will be answering calls from customers ranging from moving house to high bill queries to providing advice on payments. As a member of our Arrears Support Team, you would look into and advise the best support schemes and provide all available options to best suit our customer’s needs. This can be financial support, affordable payment plans providing advice and guidance and signposting to third parties.

About You
Our customers are at the heart of our business which is why our Customer Service Advisors are positive, enthusiastic people who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in a similar environment would be considered however, communication skills and a real drive to wow our customers is key. Computer skills would be beneficial but it isn’t as important as the desire to learn.
