We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join the Developer Services Team. You will be working 37 hours per week based in Bradford, with some homeworking in place too, a hybrid working arrangement.
This is a temporary role for 12 x months duration
What will the role involve?
Developer Services works with commercial developers and customers to ensure any new developments have the correct water and wastewater plans in place. You will be the first point of contact for individual customers and developers across both Clean and Sewerage services and see them efficiently through our processes, ensuring we provide an excellent customer service.
You will provide advice and technical support on the telephone and by e-mail to internal and external customers and developers and be confident in handling and processing of all Developer Services Clean and Sewerage application forms, correspondence, check lists and any other related activity received.
You will organise your day-day workload and jeopardy manage workstreams within our service level agreements. You will manage and monitor Company IT systems for feedback from our Development Inspectors and work alongside colleagues in Developer Services to provide an excellent service to our customers. You will also produce management information when required.
What skills are we looking for?
You will have excellent customer service and case management skills and be able to build up effective working relationships with our customers and colleagues across Developer Services.
You will be highly organised, able to work on your own initiative and manage your workload against key timescales. A strong communicator you will be able to influence effectively. You will be motivated to learn new things and have strong IT skills.
Ideally you will have an understanding of the water industry or have experience of regulatory compliance from another industry.
