Account Handler- Sales
Salary: £25,000 OTE £35,000
Location: Trafford Park
Office Hours
- Sales through service
- Maximising sales with existing accounts
- Converting enquiries to sales
- Upsell/Cross sell
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible to convert into an order, processing and managing from inbound (email/web/chat/phone) contact
· Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction
· Be inquisitive and establish what work our customers are doing to enable you to cross sell/upsell and direct the customer to maximise the sales opportunity and increase our average value
· Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and educate our customers on the full range offered within the Group and maximise all cross-selling and upselling opportunities
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
· Provide first class customer service at all times
· Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
