Job Specifics
You will play a key role at Slater and Gordon and will be our customer’s first point of contact within the business, answering calls via a dialler system and will be based in our Liverpool call centre.
This is a fast-paced call centre role and we are looking for candidates that can provide excellent customer service over the phone
We offer fantastic, in-house training that will require your full attendance throughout the first 3 weeks which will be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5.30pm
You will then be required to work 5 days, shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between 8am – 8pm.
This role is working within the personal injury department, which deals with workplace injuries, road traffic matters and medical negligence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working on a dialler system to manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, giving our customers the best experience possible
- Understanding the needs of clients, empathising, and always providing a high level of client care.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, receiving new enquiries
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great attention to detail
- Call centre experience
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive can-do attitude
- Able to work at our Liverpool call centre on a full time basis
