We are looking to add to our team of bright, energetic, customer-orientated team players in Leicester – with individuals who are able to look after the immediate and future needs of our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a long established, family run, reputable Main Dealer.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating an immediate and long-lasting rapport with our customers
- Managing customers’ service experience
- Offering products and services to cement business relationships with customers
Required Experience:
Experience within the motor industry is desired and the successful Customer Advisor will have:
- Previously worked within an automotive customer service role
- An understanding of exceptional customer service
- A commitment to selling extra value
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
- Good IT skills

Hours:
Either 08.00 - 17.00 or 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday
08.00 – 13.00 every third Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
