On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking a Customer Administrator for a 12-month contract with the possibility of permanency, working on a hybrid working schedule within our Nationwide Building Society Bournemouth Office, BH2 6EP.
The role is based in our post-completion mortgage servicing team at The Mortgage Works Plc (TMW). TMW is a subsidiary company of Nationwide Building Society and is Nationwide’s buy-to-let lending brand for landlords.
Initial induction will last 3 days, our process training scheme thereafter is side-by-side (or screen share over Microsoft Teams for remote workers) and successful applicants will go through a 4-6-week route to competency on one of our entry level processes.

Administrator- Servicing Department
£11.73 per hour - £ 21,348.60 per year
35 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
Hybrid Working Schedule with regular attendance in Nationwide Building Society Office Bournemouth, BH2 6EP.
Nationwide will provide equipment to enable remote working i.e., laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.
No annual leave during first 5 weeks of the training period.

What you'll do:
As part of our servicing team, you will be processing anything from a new account opening to the mortgage being paid off. Various changes can happen in between, to the account holder, interest rate, term of the mortgage, etc.
- Follow standard processes and procedures, adhering to company policy
- Always providing excellent customer service by being pro-active
- Work towards maintaining high performance with a combination of productivity and quality
- Investigate complex queries, issues and escalating these appropriately
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, customers, solicitors, internal teams etc.
- Demonstrate proficient IT skills, adapt to using multiple applications across a variety of processes
- Work well within a department to complete multiple requests for customers
- Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential
- Make outbound calls to solicitors and customers to discuss process requirements and procedures

Salary: £21,348.60 per annum

Monday to Friday, opportunity for overtime when competent, subject to business needs
