Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Customer Accounts Administrator
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Customer Accounts Administrator in the Customer Accounts Team.
About the role
The Team manages our former tenant and current garage tenant arrears collection. They verify rent details for Universal Credit claims, update accounts with Housing Benefit award information and process tenant refunds as their main day to day duties.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to successfully negotiate repayment of outstanding debts. Have excellent time management skills to effectively manage their weekly tasks. Have good communication skills to be able to answer queries through various channels.

The successful candidate will work in our Customer Accounts Team led by the Customer Accounts Team Leader (Admin).

- Customer Accounts Administrator – Ten month secondment/fixed term role
- Salary is £22,947 per annum
- Location: Gosforth or Stanley
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
