We are Membership Accounts Specialist to join our Membership Team.
As a Membership Accounts Specialist, you will ensure excellent customer relationships and service via all channels / platforms, e.g. telephony, email, social media, etc. and play a fundamental role in shaping our Customer Journey, driving Customer Experience, Retention and Customer Satisfaction
The role:
- Liaising with customers and club teams with all customer financial queries are answered correctly and in a timely manor
- Make proactive and reactive calls to members who may be cancelling their membership to support the continuation of membership
- Make proactive calls to members who are on our CRM journey to support the continuation of membership by engaging with the customer
- Make proactive calls to customers in debt to collect overdue membership fees owed to Virgin Active to support continuation of membership
- Make proactive calls to customers with a cancelled Direct Debit to re-in-state and support continuation of membership
- Make proactive calls to annual members to renew their membership
- Answer any questions staff and members may have regarding debt and accounts
What qualities does a Membership Accounts Specialist need to join Virgin Active?

- Excellent communication skills, diplomacy is imperative. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate brilliantly at all levels with members of the public and business colleagues alike, in writing and over the phone
