As Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing profitable, long-term relationships with clients and hold a number of key responsibilities, as the lead of AA Prestige for a portfolio of Accounts across the Leasing, Fleet Management, Warranty, OEM and Operational Fleet sectors.

This is the job
You will co-ordinate and measure internal department performance and represent in a clear and coherent way to clients, so that contract performance against expected service levels is at budgeted level. As the client relationship lead, you will be well known to client stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including senior managers and members of the Board.
The role combines commercial and stakeholder management of customer service delivery functions, contract management, profit & loss accountability, contracted SLA & KPI performance and combined service deliverables.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and work with a team across various AA Prestige functions and senior management levels to deliver contractual obligations.
- Collaborate strategically with AA stakeholders across other B2B and AA Roadside functions, to ensure client retention, growth and new business success is delivered with a combined view of the wider AA organisation and its commercial value.
- Support the on-boarding of new strategic accounts by delivering defined, clear and successful on-boarding & implementation projects.
- Conduct appropriately periodic meeting programmes (internal and external) to review detailed performance metrics, that support areas of improvement and growth opportunities
- Support ad-hoc new business opportunities and tenders, with key client insights & trends
- Develop, maintain and communicate Account Plans, in-line with Salesforce.com processes.
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrable expertise of the UK fleet sector, with a focus on the SMR market,
- Proven track record of client-management
- Industry knowledge and insights
- Experience and capability in both internal and external senior stakeholder relationships
- Experience in mainstream CRM tools (SFDC, Microsoft, Sugar, HubSpot etc)
- Moderate to high skill levels in all MS Office applications including Excel
