Talentedge are proud to have partnered with a fast-growing scale-up who have just secured Series B funding. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their executive team as one of the first on the ground to lead their technology division. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a company and redefine the boundaries of server/cloud management and streaming technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology vision and strategy, working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.
• Lead the entire tech division, including the oversight of 7 departments across engineering AI, backend, and frontend development.
• Architect and deploy a robust server-side infrastructure and dynamic cloud management system to support the company's (a) UX and (b) ambitious growth plans.
• Collaborate with the product development team to drive innovation, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
• Serve as a technical advisor to the CEO and board of directors, providing regular updates on technology initiatives, industry trends, and progress toward strategic objectives.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a humble, determined, and open-minded environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or equivalent senior leadership role
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary technology teams, with a track record of delivering complex, high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Deep expertise in server/cloud management and related infrastructure.
• Expertise/ strong awareness and ability to recruit in AI (customer learning, recommender systems, generative AI).

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• A humble, determined character and an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
