Searching for a role in building consultancy where you can make a difference?
We have an exciting opportunity for a building surveyor to join our team and spend some of their week, or all their week if they choose, in Guernsey supporting on exciting and new projects.

How does the role look?
Varied: Lead on various projects for our clients
Full life cycle: Be the trusted advisor for the client and provide advice across all stages from pre-acquisition, planning, co-ordination and execution of the project
Client Facing: Undertake surveys, provide design and specification service, produce post-contract administration and final account generation
Chartered? That’s us. But you don’t have to be. We’ll pay for all your training and fees to become RICS Chartered. Learn from our inhouse APC assessor, or maybe you’re newly chartered and looking for a step-up? We’ll support you along whichever path you choose.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
