Full time, UK and US
- Plan projects according to the defined scope
- Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects
- Follow all IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting
- Lead discovery, planning, and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and IPCM protocols
- Keep the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders informed about the status of the project
- Manage Project risks
- Meet requirements of CSS IPCM Competency Matrix
- General to a strong working knowledge of BCD Travel's multi-national structure and capabilities
- Good technical skills in GDS
- Proven success in leading medium complexity projects in travel management operations
- Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
- Experience in Project Management Software
- Extensive experience in the travel industry and project management role
- Ability to travel 5-20%, including weekends
