CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER
We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, professional and busy team at our Penge Branch. We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced CSR from a contact or call centre background and you are adept at dealing with a high volume of customers in a professional and sensitive manner. Whilst in depth training will be given, a proven track record is a must for this position.
Customer service and experience is right at the core of our business so we need our CSR to have the highest regard and commitment for each and every customer. We value our staff and provide training and learning opportunities as well as always doing our utmost to promote from within.
The company has been successfully operating for 70 years plus and has 12 locations in London and the south east of England representing Nissan, Hyundai, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Abarth, Renault and Dacia.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Previous/current similar customer service department experience required.
* Previous/current contact or call centre experience required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self motivation, passion and a clear desire to succeed.
* Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Previous/current supervisory experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the day to day management of the customer service department.
* Manage all customer service enquiries from all sources (email, phone, web and post).
* Take ownership of customer issues.
* Liaise with with all relevant internal departments to ensure that business response times
are adhered to and resolution is achieved.
* Manage the in-house customer service database and archive system.
* Monitor and respond to Google reviews in a timely and professional manner.
* Understand and observe the Company’s Quality Policy.
* Follow operational procedures and working instructions applicable to this role.
* Review and suggest improvements/changes to the customer service function.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
